All vehicles are covered by roadside assistance. In the event of a breakdown, you must contact the 24/7 assistance, and inform the owner as soon as possible.

You can contact our roadside assistance partner by going to Rental > Help > Call Roadside Assistance and then press 1 in the menu.

Roadside assistance includes:

  • Breakdown service or towing the vehicle to the nearest garage.
  • Cover of returning home or continuing the journey, and accommodation for the passengers.

Please be aware that the refund process will be activated only if you call roadside assistance.

If you bought an excess reduction option, our assistance partner may also be able to provide you with a replacement vehicle if available.

You can find out more about replacement vehicles here.

If you can, take a picture of the fuel gauge to have a trace of the fuel that was left at the time of the breakdown.

If you decide to wait for the car to be repaired, you will be responsible for bringing the car back on time or extend the rental.

If the breakdown was caused by incorrect use of the vehicle during the rental, you will be charge a 200€ handling fee.

If you are worried that your car is not safe to drive at the Check-in, please contact us directly. We will advise you whether you need to call roadside assistance or not.
