Returning the car to the correct location

At the end of your rental, you should return the car within a radius of 400 metres of the listing address. If you collected it in a private parking, you simply have to return it at the same place. It’s best to see in advance with the owner what are the accepted areas.

In case of on-street parking, you should return the car within a radius of 400 metres of its listing position, as advised in your app. The owner might provide additional guidance on where to park easily, or what specific zone is not authorized. If you park the car more than 400 metres away from its listing position without the owner's explicit agreement, you will be subject to the following repatriation fees:

  • from 400m to 2km away: 35€ (35£ in the UK)
  • from 2km to 10km away: 90€ (90£ in the UK)
  • from 10km to 20km away: 190€ (190£ in the UK)
  • more than 20km away: repatriation costs plus 60€ (60£ in the UK)

In case of private parking, you should return the car to its designated spot, as specified by the owner. If you park the car in another spot without the owner's explicit agreement, you will be subject to the following fees:

  • other spot within the parking lot: 35€ (35£ in the UK)
  • within a 2km radius outside the parking lot: 50€ (50£ in the UK)
  • from 2km to 10km away: 90€ (90£ in the UK)
  • from 10km to 20km away: 190€ (190£ in the UK)
  • more than 20km away: repatriation costs plus 60€ (60£ in the UK)

You don't need to pay for the car parking when returning the car, but please note you must return it in an authorized location. In case of bad parking followed by a ticket, it will be your responsibility.
