Article updated on 03/06/2024

Roadside assistance covers towing in case of puncture where the car can't be driven anymore.

If spare tyres are standard on your vehicle, you have to leave one in the car for the driver in case of flat tyre.

In case of puncture, the driver is responsible for the replacement tyre.

Note : If the puncture is due to an abnormal wear of the tyres, all expenses will be at your charge. Please note that the charge for puncture repairs is capped at £200 (£250 for category 2, 3 and utility vans).

Please keep in mind that Roadside assistance is only available during Rentals.
