How does mileage inclusion work?

Each rental automatically includes a certain mileage based on the length of the trip.

In France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain, and Norway

Rentals lasting 8 hours or less include 40 km for the first hour, with an additional 20 km for each hour after that. Rentals that are longer than 8 hours include 200 km per day, with a maximum of 1200 km.

In the UK

Rentals lasting 8 hours or less include 24 miles for the first hour, with an additional 12 miles for each hour after that. Rentals that are longer than 8 hours include 120 miles per day, with a maximum of 720 miles.

For example:

  • A 3-hour rental will include 80 km (48 miles in the UK)
  • A 2-day rental will include 400 km (240 miles in the UK)
  • A 30-day rental will include 1200 km (720 miles in the UK)

In the event that drivers exceed their mileage allowance, you will be compensated at a fixed price per kilometer (per mile in the UK), to compensate for the natural wear of the vehicle. This price depends on the category of your vehicle and is fixed as such:
