The included mileage depends on the length of your rental. You can increase your mileage allowance by buying a mileage package when you book the rental.
There’s no limit to how many kilometres or miles you can drive during your rental. If you exceed your mileage allowance (the sum of the included mileage and mileage package if you bought one), you’ll pay for the extra kilometres/miles at the end of the rental.

Mileage packages and adjustments
If you plan to drive further than the included mileage for your rental, add a mileage package when booking to increase your mileage allowance. You can’t buy a mileage package after you’ve booked your rental.
The size of each mileage package depends on the duration of your rental:

If you exceed your mileage allowance (the sum of the included mileage and mileage package if you bought one), you’ll pay for the extra kilometres/miles at the end of the rental. For rentals with Getaround Connect, this is done automatically. For rentals without Getaround Connect, you’ll decide with the owner whether to pay for the extra kilometres/miles via the Getaround app or directly in cash.

For example: You rent a car for two days. You have 400 km included and decided to increase your mileage to 500 km by buying a mileage package, but you end up driving 523 km. After your trip, you’ll be charged for the extra 23 km driven, according to the price set by Getaround.
If the distance you drive is less than your mileage allowance, you won’t be refunded for the unused kilometres or miles.
