The included mileage depends on the length of your rental.
Rentals lasting 8 hours or less include 40 km (24 miles in the UK) for the first hour, with an additional 20 km (12 miles in the UK) for each hour after that.
Rentals that are longer than 8 hours include 200 km (120 miles in the UK) per day, with a maximum of 1200 km (or 600 mi).
You can't include more than 1200 km (or 720 mi) per trip, even if you extend it.
There’s no limit to how many kilometres or miles you can drive during your rental, but if you exceed the included amount of mileage, you’ll be charged for the extra after your trip ends.
The price per extra km or mile is set by Getaround, and depends on the country in which you rent the car as well as the car category.
In France, Belgium and Austria:
In the UK:
For example: You rent a car for one day, so you have 200 km included, but you end up driving 230 km. After your trip, you’ll be charged for the extra 30 km driven, according to the price set by Getaround.
If you drive less than the included mileage, you won’t be refunded for the unused kilometres or miles.
