Contacting the driver

You will be able to contact the driver anytime:

  • Before accepting the rental: go to Requests and select the relevant request. You will find the driver's message and have the option to reply.
  • Once the rental is accepted go to Your rentals and select the relevant rental. You can contact the driver through the "Messages" tab, or directly by phone: the driver's phone number appears below their name.

We advise you contact the driver as soon as you can if you have any specific requests or if you need them to make changes to the rental. To ensure a smooth trip for you both, we also advise you contact the driver to agree on a meeting place if necessary.
