Not use the car for commercial purposes, like taxi driving. You can, however, use the vehicle to carpool.
Verify your profile, if necessary. (If you rent a Getaround Connect car in any country, you’ll need to verify your profile and have your documents checked by Getaround before the rental starts.)
To rent a car in the UK, you also need to:
Have no more than 6 points on your licence (UK licence holders), no major driving convictions in the last 5 years, strictly less than 2 minor convictions, and no driving bans or disqualifications.
In the UK, all profiles must be verified by Getaround before the first rental. In France, we’ll need to verify your profile if you rent a privilege car. In Belgium, Spain, Germany and Austria, we’ll need to verify your profile if you rent a privilege car.
Vehicles are divided into three categories (eco, comfort and premium/privilege) depending on model and age. Most vehicles belong to the eco category, whilst the comfort and premium/privilege categories are reserved for high-end vehicles. Different levels of access and deductibles apply depending on categories, which will be detailed under the description of the vehicle during your booking.

Getaround Connect rentals Make sure your driving license was validated by Getaround before the beginning of the rental.
Non-Getaround Connect rentals In order to comply with Getaround's insurance conditions, for a classical rental, you need to present to the owner at check-in:
Your original driving license (no copy or theft / loss statement)
The credit card under your first name and last name used for the payment of the rental
Secondary drivers will also have to present their driving license to the owner to be added to the rental agreement and benefit from the insurance coverage.
Without your original driving license document, you cannot rent. Declarations of loss, preliminary licenses or copies of the driving license are hence not allowed. You have to cancel the rental and warn the owner as soon as possible.
